How to lose weight, healthfully w/o starving self?

I'm not overweight, and I'm definitely no where's near fat. I'm just not so called happy with how I feel. I'll be honest and admit I often overeat, and although I still don't show it, I know I've gained after indulging. I used to have a eating disorder (anorexia) and just recently got over it, but eating always makes me feel extremely disappointed in myself. I'm asking for a plan that I can follow so that I'm able to feel good with myself and lose a little bit of weight.

*please note I will not go to the gym, I have some weights at home, an exercise ball and I do dance routines etc.
