*please note I will not go to the gym, I have some weights at home, an exercise ball and I do dance routines etc.
thanks guys!
There are different ways to do this:
Low carb: I lost 30 pounds in one month doing this but a lot of people say that it's "dangerous" or "unhealthy" In the long term it can be. Also my friends for some reason lost weight at 1/8th the speed that I did.
High fibre diet: Microwave 1/4 of an eggplant everyday and limit all of your other fiber intake. I lost 2 inches around my stomach every month doing this.
Get a chinese friend to teach you how to cook things like:
- cabbage soup WITHOUT onions and WITh potatoes. It tastes so amazing, you will want to eat it all the time and it is extremely low calorie.
- just learn some healthy dishes from the orient or from other cultures.
Eat more veggies and fruit! Look at the vibrancy of the food your eating. How does it make you feel when you look at it. Do an experiment. Look at an apple. Then look at a candy bar. Which food really looks more appealing? If you are eating food that is good for you, you won't feel bad eating it!
I've always felt like a million bucks after eating 3 tangerines, but not 3 pieces of cake. You have an awesome body that needs nourishment from eating. Just be more aware of what your body feels like when you eat certain foods. Pay attention to the food you're eating, and especially pay more attention to the sensations in your body and how you feel when you put it in your mouth.
Glad to hear the anorexia is over. You might try walking everyday. I am near the end of a weight loss program which required me to eat no more than 1500 calories/day for 5-6 months plus walking everyday. I eat a balance of fruits, vegetables and protein. I also eat a modest amount of carbs. I am working with a nutritionist who has been helpful. Crazed dieting usually does not work.
As for exercise, I walk about 4-5 miles/6days a week. My goal is to lose 50 pounds and I am not far away from it now. Perhaps 4-6 weeks more. Through it all, I think you will find you do not have to starve and you do not have to exercise like a maniac either.
If you don't want to go to the gym then do a home program like Chalean Johnson's Turbo Fire, or P90x, or Insanity.
Turbo Fire's target audience is women, so that would probably be the best choice.
And congrats on beating your eating disorder. :)

If you want to eat more, be willing to exercise more. Get into the habit of eating within your means and the habit will stick with you forever.
DANCE MAGIC!
No really dancing is a wonderful form of exercise and fun! I'd just double your time dancing and maybe go on a diet (I personally hate diets with a passion)
Just have fun with it :)
I would look into the atkins diet, it really works if you do it correctly
