How to obtain the perfect body?

I know what you're thinking. "Perfection isn't real! Everyone is beautiful in their own way" I understand this, however, I don't feel beautiful. In fact, I feel the opposite. And it's primarily due to my weight. Right now, I'm about 5'5/5'6, 19, and around 165ish.

So yes, I am chubby.

But I need desperate help in losing weight, toning and eating habits. I really want to focus on my legs (I'm naturally really pale and my chubby legs aren't really that attractive. At least, to me. So I need help in toning my thighs and calves.)

I don't have a fast metabolism, and since I started college back in the fall, I haven't been watching how I eat. I need to change this unhealthy habit now.

Any diet and exercise tips? Thank you!
