I keep twitching and I have no idea why?

It's in my left eye, my right upper arm and right leg, as well as some of my fingers on both hands.

It's been going on for a while and I have no idea what's caused it or anything, any ideas?

i think its due to some neurological problems , I'm a doc. and I have seen several cases like yours .please consult with your doctor about this as soon as possible otherwise it will become a big problem . it can be cured using simple medications... it I caused due to some problems in the brain which causes excessive random firing of the neurons at the basal ganglia.

don't worry its not a serious problem it can be cured very easily...:)

I went to the doctors recently for reaccurring headaches and they said it's possible I could have some nerve damage in my brain, could it be the same thing?

You should definitely go to a neurologist. I have an essential tremor in both my hands and I am currently on medication for it. It could also be stress and any lifestyle choices that have a negative impact on your body.
