I'm trying to shed a few pounds and I think milk is stopping me!

For some ODD reason, I get cravings for milk and cereal! its so strange and I just have to have milk but its SO fattening (even skim milk) and ++++ cereal is too (no matter which kind) I eat the healthiest cereals but they still tend to have a TON of calories:(

so yeah why do I always CRAVE MILK?! it sucks! does anyone else love milk too?

Also, are there any good cereals out there that ARE LOW IN CALORIES?

I know Muesli (or w/e the spelling is healthy + kashi + shreddies is healthy but they are still fattening!)
