What things make you feel happy and content? (Lifestyle changes/habbits)

I have been feeling really content the last couple of days, even though I have deadlines. I can't work out why.

I've narrowed it down to: Eating vegetables for lunch, wearing more comfortable clothes, having probiotic yogurt over cereal instead of milk, a new conditioner that works really well and I can just leave it natural.

It could just be hormones though.

Does anyone else have mood changes like this? What do you think causes it for you?
