I personally would try not only to cut out gluten but also to go wheat-free (at least for a while). There exist many alternatives to wheat, for example rye (altough it contains little gluten). You'll see your energy levels will rise in a matter of days.
To answet your question directly: yes, my diet is mainly gluten- free.

Good luck!
Unless you have celiac disease, this is not going to benefit you what-so-ever.
The only person I know that have to eat gluten free food is really fat. My only experience with this issue.
Some people can't eat grains so its not a trend. Its a way of living healthy be necessity.
If you were to lose weight it could be attributed to lower carb intake.
Never tried it. I don't think gluten is bad for you in general, some people just have intolerance for it.
it's not a trend, it's for people who are gluten sensitive/intolerant
I think it's just a trend. Unless you actually have a gluten problem, you don't need to avoid it.
My friend tried it and he thought it was ok. He didn't really get any benefits from it
no, I'm not allergic to gluten in any way, shape, or form
It's expensive. Almost everything tastes bad. And it's hard to go to work/school with a gluten free lunch
Hell know, gluten free diet sounds terrible
Im gluten intolerant. Gluten makes me sick.
