This doesn't really give any information on your routine, Your weight, height, or anything that could help me give you a definitive answer.
I can say generally if your strength is at that level, and you don't have the definition you want, your need to cut weight and devise a workout that will better sculp your body.

If you can bench and squat like that, you propably have a lot of muscle. The only way to get those muscles defined is to burn fat. Good diet, maybe a little cardio or interval training and maybe add a couple of bodybuilding excercises to your routine.

Going for a run will tone your legs more so than squatting. As for your arms...idk, maybe do some tricep dips or something? Maybe that will balance your arms out. Benching mainly works biceps after all.
