How do you calm yourself before a big game/moment?

I don't have one specific thing I do, but I remember before my big race in the conference swim meet my junior year of high school I was really nervous and the heat before me took ten minutes, so I was getting jumpy, and I just sat down and sang Hayburner by Count Basie to myself because it's really calm and relaxing, but it has energy. Then I had it stuck in my head for the race and I dropped ten seconds. It was pretty cool.
I just think of other stuff. Boyfriend. Homework. Swimming. Just something to get my mind off it :3 Or I jam out to music ahaha :)
I normally listen to some oldies song like something by the Beach Boys or "Low Rider."
i don't do anything lol. I'm pretty calm to begin with
