If you exercise 30-60 minutes five days a week, how long should it take to notice a benefit?

For about a week, I have been doing 45-60 minutes of Zumba, and every other day, 20 minutes of light yoga.

I am now bored of zumba though, so am going to try a new exercise video, which is 30 minutes, but I will be doing 30 minutes of light/beginners yoga.

I will probably do an hour of exercise tomorrow.

I am mostly doing this to lose weight, but am also hoping to become more coordinated, and to improve my health.

Also, I know this isn't running, but when I do start jogging, would it have helped much?
