I am now bored of zumba though, so am going to try a new exercise video, which is 30 minutes, but I will be doing 30 minutes of light/beginners yoga.
I will probably do an hour of exercise tomorrow.
I am mostly doing this to lose weight, but am also hoping to become more coordinated, and to improve my health.
Also, I know this isn't running, but when I do start jogging, would it have helped much?
