How do I stop eating so much after a hard workout?

I workout everyday for a minimum of two hours and I just eat way too much when I get home. I workout enough so that my overeating hasn't caused me to gain weight, but the thing is I'm trying to lose a few pounds. What do you do when you find that you are eating too much? How do you prevent it? I know drinking water helps, but not enough.
