What are some goods exercises to burn belly fat quickly (within 7 days)
You can maybe, maybe lose 1/2 lb of belly fat in that time frame. Maybe.
No carbs, moderate protein, very low fat beyond a little fish oil, no starchy vegetables, unlimited fibrous vegetables, plenty of water.
You didn't get fat in 7 days.

Do abs when you wake up then walk total of 6miles a day ...walking and swinging your arms tone out your stomach
cardio, crunches and sit ups, and a strict diet of high protein no/low carb. :)
