Or should I have a strict plan as to when to work out and how?
I am bad at keeping time and discipline, but I do wanna lose some weight
I eat very healthy btw.
Start small. Admittingly I've been slacking up until about 3 weeks ago, but then I figured out a workout plan that you can't mess up unless you're not serious.
Begin by working out one muscle group per day. This can take 20-30 minutes and that's nothing. For me, I want bigger shoulders so I started doing compound shoulder workouts (I chose 3 of my favorite ones) and that was all I did for the day. The very next day I felt like doing triceps, so I chose my 3 favorite tricep workouts and that was it. Same with biceps, chest, and back.
A lot of people might insist you have a more complete workout, but in my opinion, you want to do what is necessary to be active. It doesn't matter how advanced your workout is if you can't sustain it, or even want to do it.
So like I said earlier, start small if it means you can be consistent.
Barring jobs, there is no designated time where you have to something. Ever. You do what you have to do based on your own life. Not everyone else's.
A crap workout or a poor workout plan is always better than no workout at all. However, the more thought and energy you put into setting realistic goals and figuring out a plan to achieve them the more likely you are to have success.
A happy medium would be to have a workout routine that you follow - mainly just so you can see progress and push yourself - but to just do it whenever you felt like it. Seeing progress will probably inspire you to want to work out more and to plan a bit more for it. If you want some guidelines I'm happy to help. This is an area I love talking about since I've been working out seriously for over 10 years.
Oh cool, well, I am a starter really, and want to start working out 3 or 4 times a week , my diet is very healthy, but I need to shape up and tone. I am 23 and I wanna be more athletic. I really dislike outdoors, so I do fitness online videos at home, I jog from time to time (not now, as I have the flu), but I just don't know how many times, on wich day, what program and at what time of the day to do :S

What you are doing is fine, what you are doing my take you longer to reach your physical goal. But once you do get there, you will be able to keep your self there as you exercising on your natural rhythm.
I have noticed that people that have a set time and routine, usually don't stay at their set physical goals long.
It's better than a totally sedentary lifestyle and is by no means unhealthy or bad, but the problem is that you won't really reach your goals unless they are JUST to lose weight (that can be done by diet alone). But if you want anything more specific than fat loss, like "toning", building muscle, or improving athletic performance, then no. It won't help at all really.
Yup, but with linear progression
Is it wrong? no.
Will it achieve your goals? No, probably not.
Eating healthy is 90% of it already, force yourself one time more than you would per week and after a while it won't be forcing yourself, you'll enjoy it. Takes 2-4 times to get used to it though so just push through, it sucks at first.
Then up the dose progressively until you reach your target weight, then keep your workouts at a level where you don't gain and don't loose. Just maintenance.
You should actally follow some type of program and stick to it. You would see better results then going over whenever you geel like it and doing whatever it is you do for a workout
Well aslong as your getting in a few times a wek doesn't matter. I don't have a time that I really have to be in the gym by I sort of just go.
Its OK .. but first mention your workouts , then I could suggest :)
I say that you need to give 24 hours rest betwwen workouts
