What food/supplements when taken before bedtime can help me to wake up earlier the next morning?

Truthfully
I always have to laze in bed for half an hour in the morning before I wake up because I just feel so lethargic regardless of what time I sleep the night before.I hate myself for this.But once I wake up,I no longer feel tired at all.Is there a problem with my body or is it normal?All answers are greatly appreciated.
