Is a salad diet a good diet?

a salad for breakfast and lunch and dinner than is less than 450 calories. the salads would be made of spinach or romaine lettuce along with other vegetables and maybe fruits and no dressing.

good diet or not?

omg people. I would add some sort of protein to the salad like salmon or tuna or maybe even tofu(which I like, sorry if you don't)

But hey, at least I'll be thin
