I'm losing 5lbs per week. Is there a certain amount of weight you should lose per week?

I have adjusted my eating and exercising routine and have lost 15 1/2lbs in 20 days. I am not obese or extremely overweight for that matter. People don't even think I am overweight. I do have a big butt (but not enormous), and I Am overweight. I am over what I "should" weigh.

I was told that the weight was coming off way fast. Is 5lbs a lot of weight to lose per week?

If so, what should I do? Should I slow down? Or should I continue what I've been doing? My goal is to lose 10lbs more
