this helped me.. its a known fact that sometimes our minds confuse hunger with dehydration, so when you feel hunger, try drinking a few glasses of water before a meal. Get a regular excersize plan going whether its everyday or only a few times a week. I also heard that if you consume 3 - 4 glasses of water before a meal it fills up your tummy and by the time you're about to eat you eat less because there's no room in your belly.. Also you need to eat 6 small meals a day, healthy ones now, it keeps your metabolism faster. I was told that from a friend of mine who is a trainer at a gym out here.. If you can offered a gym membership+a trainer they will help you work out PLUS help you with dieting the right way.. If they sound too expensive you can talk them down and work out a monthly contract between the two of you.
Whatever you do stay away from eating disorders, they will screw up your metabolism almost forever!
They way I do it is that you can't think "diet" you have to just want to change your lifestyle forever. If you don't, you end up putting the weight back on after you lose it. If you just eat three good meals a day and two healthy snacks in between, you'll probably notice a difference. During the day when I'm thinking about food, I usually just ask myself if I'm really hungry or just eating because of boredom. Usually its the second choice, so then I look for something else to do. For exercise, you don't have to go overboard. Even if you just go walking every day for like 40 minutes you'll be fine. Also, try to find foods that are filling so you don't overeat. I like apples because I usually feel full when I'm done :)

Green tea makes wonder,and work out :) Sport is an entertainment,not punishment,remember this one rule.I can't suggest more,as I'm not professional.

Eat pistachios. And drink water. At first you will gain weight But after a while man you just start loosing weight in a snap!
