Thanks!
Pink lost 55 pounds of baby weight!
Thanks!
My most honest answer after having two kids in various ages is:
Calorie intake vs. calorie burned. There is NO magic to this! Very simple yet not easy. Weight loss due to breast feeding is a myth. You tend to consume way more calories than the little one takes in lol.
It akes twice as long to safely and permanently loose the weight you put on.
So if it took 9 months to gain the weight give yourself at least 18 months to loose it.
Assuming that you are not a celeberty and don't have an army of personal trainers, cooks, life coaches, etc. relax and enjoy the ride will you? No stress! this is the time to focus on your newborn.
well pink was in good shape before she got pregnant if you get back to you old work out routine and healthy living after having the baby the baby weight will melt off. If you haven't been active before the baby then you have to work out really hard. My friend lost her baby weight a month after her son was born but she worked out an hour a day before she got pregnant and kept that up during most of her pregnancy and got right back on it after he was born
Utilize my fitness pal .com plus one gallon of ice cold water per day, plus strength training 3 times a week, plus ice cold showers, and maybe one ice water bath per week. Lower your thremostat this winter, and don't wear jackets inside. Utilize as much of the thremodynamics as possible to rid your body of heat which comes from stored fat.
Celebrities get surgeries, what they do is not a role-model for you... actually what I said is not as a rule, what I mean you can't expect to instantly drop all that weigh like they "magically" did it, to burn anything normally with exercise & diet takes a LOT of time, no celebrity plan will do miracles, the only way around is surgery.

- Caloric intake: 1200Kcals a day
- Carb intake: less than 50grams a day
- Protein intake: 50-150g a day
- Exercise: Run at least 3-4 times a week, keeping your pace at no slower than 10min per mile for 45-60min. (You can break it up in two intervals, 20-30 in the morning and 20-30 in the evening, if your endurance isn't the greatest.)
This is NOT a long term solution for maintenance, but it will knock it off quickly and healthily. Remember, abs are not made in the gym, but rather in the kitchen.
breastfeeding, if you aren't already doing that, helps to lose baby weight. Or haven't you given birth yet?
I loved p90x , kinda intense but works well.
