it's a good start but if you want a truly nice body you need to get out there and be active. I did insanity before joining track and it helped me get in a little better shape for the workouts but honestly I wasn't near the level expected for a high school track athlete at the time. especially now in college comparing the insanity workout to a college track workout it's a cakewalk so I'd say they're good begining steps

Eh...Ive done the first month of insanity & a little bit of the second month. It is very good interval training & does give you a good sweat but I do find it annoying how the Main guy is always half-assing the workouts to point at other people & touching Tonya or whatever her name is. I'm waiting on my friend to start it over again since he has it.
