Any of these will work if you don't give up and are psycho about them
few us are that way so we need
diversions, change of pace
so something that can be done indoors, outdoors, on the sly if business goes long that day, etc.
The common denominator in all these things is walking/jogging/running.
Even simple on the sly:
never park close to the store (if safe neighborhood)
stairs - not elevator, at least for a few floors
shop the whole store then put things in a basket 2nd time around
stand - don't sit when possible
always be moving
move instead of eating

Insanity kicked my ass, but I did make it through the two months. I wasn't terribly out of shape to start with and I found myself having to pause the video and take extra breaks. By the time that the two months was over I was in the best shape that I've been in a long time. It is not easy, but you will lose weight.
A friend of mine did insanity and I watched her progress throughout as she was living with me. It did work for her, if you want to lose weight and not only tone up you do have to follow some sort of diet to for it to really work. I personally found it hard, insanity isn't for the faint hearted and unfit. It's pretty intense so it depends on your fitness levels. There's a lighter version which I tried out and found worked well with toning it's called T25 and is the same guy who does insanity, it has a modified version of each exercise as well. Good luck :)
it doesn't hurt to try! i know a few of my friends have done insanity and it's worked pretty good.

Insanity is very intense and you'll definitely get results. You need to eat very well though, because it depletes the hell out of you. I've done it before, but I only managed a 2 week stint because I didn't eat enough and it just wiped me out. I'd recommend the power 90 program by beachbody (same company insanity is from)
I tried Insanity.
I gave up after 5 minutes. Then I looked at the box, and I was only watching the "Warm Up" video.
I didn't even get to the main workout.
