Dear that is terribly bad,I'm not going to go on with the metabolism and starvation mode thingie,and how ull lose your hair and how your brain will stop functioning,I'm sure uve read all about that before so I'm not gona bore u..however,I am on a diet myself,I was about to go on a very unhealthy diet as well,but after reading the consequences I literally freaked out and decided to have vegetables instead...if you want to go on a crash diet (even though you SERIOUSLY don't need it!) And since you say you feel full easily,then I advice you to eat veggies (brocolli,cauliflower,squash,carrots,tomatoes...etc)...this can be your lunch with a cup of lentil soup...in the morning have a cup of coffee...I think this crash diet is more reasonable...
Gdluck,and please don't go on that coffee diet and kill your brain,metabolism and every other organ in your body like that!

I think what you are doing is very unhealthy. I'm the same height and age and the minimum weight I was given was 135 pounds.i started eating breakfast and it actually helps you lose weight because it gets your metabolism started and burning stuff off. Don't starve yourself. I know you are saying that you aren't hungry but this is how a lot of females I know have gotten eating disorders. Don't diet. Just count calories. If you want to lose weight (which you shouldn't because you are underweight, ) eat 1600 calories a day. If you go over on one day, cut back the next. Also make sure you walk at least 12000 steps to lose weight. To maintain, it is 10000. I know what I'm talking about because I've done it. Hope I help
Aside from the fact you aren't even overweight, that's really a terrible idea. First, at 17, your body still has some developing going on. Secondly, you've eliminated all protein intake. Guess what, from daily use, our organs suffer microscopic damage, and guess what it takes to repair them? Protein. So what you'll end up losing aside from some fat, are your muscles, you'll become a wimp, essentially. Oh, need I say that you're not going to get your trace elements that are absolutely essential to keep a body alive, like, say, iron, sodium, potassium, calcium? Sure, you'll be okay for a couple of weeks or so, but do this for a few months, you'll risk permanent injury.
But, hey, at least the number on the scale will look nice for you.
Honey, the most attractive girl I have ever met was 5' 9'' and 125 pounds. You are right where you should be at 5'8. To tell you the truth, those super skinny girls are very rarely attractive, most of the time they just look like skeletons. I want there to be something there when I give you a hug or hold you. You are at a wonderfully healthy weight. And the coffee diet is one of the worst things that you can put your body through. If you were to really try to lose weight, you would want to eat a moderate amount of healthy food. You won't be hungry as much if you eat the right kinds of foods. Consuming only coffee every day is terrible for you and when guys see it they can get mildly turned off. We like a girl that can eat.

No... you are underweight, and the coffee diet will make you sick. You need to start eating breakfast. It helps concentration, jump starting your metabolism, and a whole lot of other things. It would be best for your health if you gained 5 pounds or so.
No. This diet is insane - you need to stop it immediately.
At 17 years old, your body is still growing, and to put it through some stupid, crazy, unscientific diet is the most dumb thing you can do for yourself for the long term.
If you want to look thin, go to the gym and work out. Guys don't like thin girls for being thin, guys like athletic girls with nice muscle tone and they just happen to look thin. It's a terrible idea. You'll f*** up your metabolism for sure, and then crash your basic metabolic rate, and you'll pile the fat on in a few short weeks.
