Losing weight, is it a good choice?

i weight 117-120, normally, I am 5'7.84 or 5'8 if you mind. I am 17 years old and a girl, I think I could lose a bit of weight, so I am beginning a new diet. it is a coffee only diet, where I only drink two cups of expresso coffee a day and eat nothing, I did that today and I am full, one at lunch and one for dinner. I normally never eat breakfast so that is dealt with, I also only can stomach small portions of food, and the coffee really filled me up, but do you think the coffee diet will help me?
