Does green tea actually help with acne?

I've started drinking green tea over the last week and I've started noticing that my acne isn't as bad. I only have minor acne anyways but in the morning when I wake up I noticed I am noticing I don't have any pimples pop up.

Oh, by the way, I've tried for about 8 years to find good products to treat acne. BP, Clearasil, Proactiv. These two products when combined together have been by far the best, and they happen to be cheap as f*** as well, so bonus.

Oh, by the way, you can find them at most Pharmacy stores. Like Walgreens or CVS or Rite Aid or some sh*t.

I have no acne at all. And I can't live without my green tea in the morning as gross as it tastes..

I take EFA's as well which may help ( essential fatty acids )

Green tea is packed with antioxidants, so it could be the antioxidants working or the fact that you're consuming water which is hydrating your body and skin.

If you were to try eating more fruits and veggies you might notice a difference if it is the antioxidants

Green tea is full of antioxidants. Antioxidants are great for your entire body, not to mention your skin. It could only help your acne problem. Nice find.
