Sounds more like a friend than a relationship. I wouldn't say walk away, but I would definitely chalk this up as a better to be platonic situation. Then again, I'm quick to judge and sometimes too easy to call the shots so lets think this over.

Two fights off the bat, almost a year of dating I would assume and nothing more than coffee buddies and work out partners... that's no way to treat a woman. Night shift or not, he's a dud not a stud.
It depends on what you want. If you like the coffee and working out, keep it going. If you're expecting a date or relationship, move on.
