maybe a fast working work out routine
something that could help me lose 25-35 pounds in a month or two permanently?
Dont loose more than one or two pounds a week if you want to lose it and keep it off. Eat smarter, not necessarily less. For example, Instead of a bag of chips for a snack, have an apple. Instead of white bread for a sandwhich, choose whole grain or wheat. Choose the baked or low fat options when given the chance. Drink a LOT of water, limit soda or anything carbondated or sugary. And work out at least 4 or 5 times a week... this doesn't have to be anything strenuous. Get in 30 to 45 minutes of moderate excercise a day, moderate meaning at least a brisk walk or jog. If you want faster results, you could do more strenous cardio like running or stairclimbing. But I suggest doing something you like and won't get sick of. Good luck and be patient with results! The faster you loose the weight, the faster it will come back.
A routine of working out for the rest of your life and eating well sprinkled with indulgences here and there. By the way, 2 lbs a week is healthy because there is no quick fix.
Not that fast. Your going to need patience. I'd suggest doing high intensity workouts and eating at least 5 small meals a day. Also take some vitamins like Omega3-6, Super B, and Acai Berry.
You might not see results as fast as you want, but weight loss is not a goal, it has to be a lifestyle.
What you want doesn't exist and probably isn't healthy to even try. Weight loss is about changing the way you live. Increasing your physical activity, cutting out the sugars, sodas, fast foods and other unhealthy foods. No easy, permanent, fast solutions though.
