so I've been eating healthy all summer, I usually eat healthy but I've really upped it.
anyway I workout 3-4 times a week (for an hour) and I wanted to get more protein to help my muscles.
I've been eating 2 boiled eggs a day for maybe 3 weeks? I can't tell because I don't have time to eat them on days that I work. so it hasn't been 3 SOLID weeks.
so has the cholesterol from the boiled eggs done anything to me? I always knew about the cholesterol but I didn't know how much there was O.o
should I be worried? I'm 21, fit, and have no blood pressure issues
