You need cheat days.
Pretty uch when you eat bad food it forces your body to get rid of all the bad stuff. So when you start eating healthy it has no crap to get rid of so will get rid of so will ditch your fat. You should aim to have cheat days about once a week. If you want more info I will try linking you to the book that I got this info from.
I heard from a personal trainer at my gym that if you normally eat healthy foods on a regular basis, when you have a cheat meal it sort of shocks your metabolism and you will burn the fat very quickly.
Muscle ways more then fat. 3 pounds of muscles one pound of fat. Genius itll go down for a little then back up.
