yeah, I would say you do have problems. If you are 5'7 then you should be no more then 135 lbs. That is your ideal weight! It does NOT matter how much you eat, it matters what you eat! Accept that knowledge, let it sink in! Carbs will convert to glucose in your body, and in excess will be stored in the form of glycogen, which mean you are storing body fat as you need a low carb high fat diet. Yes high fat. Fat does not make you fat, but sugar will! Cut out sweets, junk food, grains, and legumes. Eat tons of vegetables, plants, fruits, nuts, seeds, and flesh! Eat as much of it as you want, your weight wouldn't fluctuate as much if you eat what you should be eating!

You def have disordered eating habits. It sounds like you have EDNOS with bulimic tendencies. I am obviously not a doctor, so I can't diagnose you, but I can relate to a lot of the stuff you described and that was what I was diagnosed with.
Get help NOW. Seriously, you don't want it to get worse. It's draining to have those constant thoughts, and not a healthy way to live obviously. If you want to talk, come of anon and I friend me. It's hard being alone with an ED. xx
You could have both. Maybe you should try talking to a professional about your eating habits. You can always enjoy a nice healthy meal and have some junk food if you worry about your body image just work out don't stop eating or may your self vomit .
