Start by full bod workouts at first two weeks.
Benchpress, Barbell curls, deadlifts, pull ups, triceps extensions, squats, shrugs, bent rows.
Do it for two weeks then move on to hitting each muscle twice
Chest/tris/delts
off
Back/Bis/quads
off
Legs

I uses to look at muscle mag, but not sure if it is still around, or the same quality, since the Robert Kennedy died ( the owner and his wife took over), because I know the oxygen is not.
