I always pass out for no reason and nothing has come up on previous tests?

I went through a bad stage of passing out at least once a week. I've had several tests done and nothing has come up. I'm generally quite healthy apart from this.
I'm travelling for work and now I'm alone I keep going dizzy and think I may black out and I'm scared as I don't know what to do.. The dizziness keeps coming and going and this usually happens a few hours before I pass out. I've passed out in numerous odd places - shops, restaurants, parks, public transport...
Has anyone else ever experienced anything like this? Doctors can't give me an answer

you need to go to another doctor or talk to a doctor who has experience in theses symptoms your having maybe talking to a doctor telling him the signs symptoms over the phone before making and setting a apointment traveling a lot can be overwhelming for anyone because a lot of stuff is going around in different areas you probably don't have a flu you probably are stress and dehydrated make sure your drinking water and fluids and resting especially if your not getting much sleep you gotta make time for your health its kinda odd your doctor doesn't know whats going on so i highly recommend you try another doctor and get two doctors opinions or at least three because if two are right out of one there's your answer but i just don't think that doctor knew what he was doing because any doctor would have found what it was or gaved you some type of answers but either way go to another doctor because u may not think its as serious and it could be really serious hun
