Well the first things you need which aren't going to cost you a penny, but will determine whether or not you will lose any weight at all are motivation and determination. You are going to have to workout everyday or at the least 6 days a week in order to lose as close to that amount as you can without killing yourself. You'll need extreme cardio and strength training. The best way to do this in order to save time and to get the best results is to do them at the same time. I recently wanted to lose 10-15 pounds. I did it in two weeks. I worked out everyday. The diet thing wasn't so hard for me since I eat healthy as it is, but for you if that's not the case you need to fix that first before you do any kind of exercise otherwise you won't have to energy and nutrients to change your body. Seriously eat 6 small meals a day. It keeps you metabolism going. These people that starve themselves and skip meals are really just slowing down their metabolisms, so that when they really have to eat they gain all the lost weight back. Eat lots of vegetables, drink TONS of water and I mean always have it in your hand (it will help keep you feeling full too) if you aren't craving that bland water taste add a crystal lite package to a 20 oz water bottle and you'll be done with it in no time, eat fruits but limit them to two-three a day (fruit contains a lot of sugar), take a multivitamin daily, be sure to include carbohydrates (whole grains are great!) rice, pasta, cereals (watch how much sugar is in the cereal), fats are good too you just have to be sure to use the right ones (olive oil, peanuts-watch their sodium content, the "occasional spoil". -what I mean by that is take a day and for one of your meals on that day have whatever your little heart desires. If you don't spoil once a week you'll drive yourself crazy and end up giving up the diet becuz you feel you are torturing yourself.
The dreaded workout lol the best part- My success came from Jillian Michaels workout dvds. you can buy them at amazon.com for about $9. I would get at least two of them and switch either every other day or every couple days so you don't get bored with doing the same workout and so you don't develop muscle memory, basically you'll stop seeing results because your body will get used to the workout. They are hard as hell! but seriously if you have to heart, desire, and mental strength to stick it out and change you'll see results really fast. I noticed a huuuuge difference halfway into my second week. I do her workouts because I hate running- I have bad knees from volleyball and its boring as hell. also she's really motivating throughout and pushes you to finish. I'm tellin you you're gonna hate it during the workout, but when you're done you're gonna feel great and like you just got your biggest ass whoopin lol So good luck, and if any of this needs further explanation or is confusing just message me. I'd be glad to reexplain or add any details.

There's no way to lose 30 pounds in 2 months that would be healthy and safe for your body. However, you don't want to lose a ton of weight in a short period of time because you will more than likely gain it back a lot faster than you lost it. I lost 50 pounds in 10 months. But once you start losing the weight, you feel great about yourself and really don't worry about how much more you still have to lose so doing it slowly really isn't as "painful" as it seems. And honestly, when I lost all the weight I really didn't do much except cut out all fast food, and I lifted 5 pound weights a few times a week. Don't push yourself more than you can really go and make sure you're doing it for yourself first! While you're working on your weight just think of what your perfect body will look like and that will help you push yourself enough to stick with it. All the best luck ;]
It's unhealthy to lose that much weight in 2 months. Healthy weight loss in that time period is about 16 lbs but depending on how much you weigh, it is possible to do it without harming yourself.
Run a lot. Running burns a lot of calories. Twice a day if you can.
Lift weights to tone yourself out. Lifting also consumes a lot of calories as you burn fat and build muscle. Get a routine where you go at least 4 times a week to the gym to work out.
Eat extremely healthy. No junk food, no fast food. Eat whole grains and several small meals throughout the day. When you eat, don't eat until you are full, eat until you think you have enough to sustain you until your next meal. Smaller portions in higher quantities go a long way in increasing your metabolism.

12/13 is fat? geez, what world am I living in? I used to be a size 20/22. I'm a 14/16 at the moment and I love my body, but I'm still working to lose weight. I'm 30 pounds lighter, but it took me 6 months. you cannot lose that much weight that fast, sweets. you can get working out. do cardio and weight training. make sure you take a break and do cardio one day and weight training the next. mid week, take a day off to let your body rest. snack on good stuff often and make sure you make better choices. your life shouldn't be a diet, it should be better choices. you can get the baked over the fried and skip on the cheese when you get a burger. simple changes like that can make a big difference. once you start working out, you'll notice the difference. losing weight over time is exciting. it's nice to feel a tight pair of pants get looser and looser over time.
what everyone said.. PLUS in the meantime. wear clothes that compliment your features or assets.. If you have a hourglass figure dress like chloe kardashian, she dressed soo cute and I think she's close to the same size.. or was.. always wear a smile.. being skinny doesn't make you beautiful YOU make YOU BEAUTIFUL! Don't try and sell the goods, but wear clothes that compliment your figure. and if you don't like the way you look or feel, try SPANX.. THEYRE AWESOME!
