I don't eat a lot but since I'm going to work out (again) I need to eat more. How do I do that?

I eat like a rabbit. I need to eat life a wolf. No a bear. No a bobcat. A bobcat. How do I go from eating like a rabbit to eating like a bobcat? I need more calories but am too lactose intolerant to eat those calorie filled superfat shakes.
