I eat like a rabbit. I need to eat life a wolf. No a bear. No a bobcat. A bobcat. How do I go from eating like a rabbit to eating like a bobcat? I need more calories but am too lactose intolerant to eat those calorie filled superfat shakes.
Lean protein. I eat lots of hard boiled egg whites. I also do lots of smoothies. I don't love protein shakes either, but I try to do at least half of one after every workout. Drink lots of water and eat every few hours. If you start working out a ton it will make you ravenous!

eating salads helps expand your stomach so you can eat more.
otherwise you just have to go for higher calorie content in foods which you can burn off
