Am I being unreasonable?

So my boyfriend is a big music fan, and he has this thing where he makes a special playlist on Spotify for every girl he really likes. He told me he only has done this for like 3 or 4 girls he really really likes and he searches for really cute songs and aligns them at the beginning of the playlist so that the first letter of each song create the name of the girl. He also told me that once the relationship is over and he is done with the relationship he deletes the playlist because he no longer cares about having the playlist he only created for that person. The other day I was going through his Spotify account and saw this playlist and realized it said the name of another girl. I thought it was maybe just a coincidence, but I asked him about it and he told me that I was right, it was for a girl he dated a long time ago. It just made me a little uncomfortable that he didn’t delete it since he was the one that said that once he was done with a relationship he deletes the playlist. I thought maybe he forgot about the playlist or something, but I asked him if he could maybe rearrange the songs so it doesn’t say her name. If he doesn’t want to, it kind of would make me feel like he wants her to still see that playlist with her name and think he still cares or something. I dont care if he keeps the playlist because he likes the songs, just rearrange the songs so it no longer says her name. Am i being unreasonable?
