If you're not married, you shouldn't have kids.
When I’m married I’m going to want children more than my dream job, but both come in steps. You need to be financially ready and stable before having kids.

People tend to get financially ready after certain events. Like buying a house you can’t afford. Seriously, it’s psychological phenom that hopefully will save us from global warming.
