If a guy asks you, what are your intentions? What does that mean?

I really like this guy I met about six weeks ago, we are planning to meet again.

We were planning to meet up, he then just randomly asked me what my intentions are, I then said, I'd like to see you again. I liked meeting you.

I then asked him what his intentions were, he said, I don't have any really, just letting you decide.

Is that good? What does that really mean?
