I've seen manta Ray's in Tahiti & Bora Bora, they are indeed majestic -- but that white one is special, the video shows just how beautiful & graceful it is !

I would love to see them in their natural habitat. I've unfortunately only been able to see them in aquariums or zoos.

You just reminded me! We were in Fl. last summer. And thought we saw a sting ray in the ocean. We were up at the balcony. The creature was gliding slowly, hard to tell what it was, it was like a large white sheet gliding through the ocean. Really awesome sight.

Graceful and elegant. This white one is spectacular. But even the regular ones impress a lot; especially, when you go diving. For some reason we humans spontaneously bond with animals like this (also: dolphins, whales,...)

That stingray didn't know Steve Irwin was a beloved celebrity; for all that stingray knew, Steve was just another illegal poacher. I love & miss Steve; he was a professional who knew the risks better than anyone.
