What alcohol do you take with you to a house party when it's a byo?

My friend is having a party & it's a BYO drinks.
I'm not a wine drinker.
I usually have a JD & coke or vodka & Sprite.
I was going to take my vodka & sprite with me.
Then my other friend is coming said, don't take Sprite with you, that's stupid.
Do you think it's stupid taking spirits & a bottle of Sprite?

The most nauseating peppermint liqueur I can find, because nobody else will want to touch it.
I'm not sharing booze if I had to buy it myself.
