Don’t worry about it one little bit. If you get fired, just put the job and your responsibilities on your CV/resume and tell any future employer the reason you left was because it was a temporary job, or that you were going back to college, or that you wanted a career change. Give any other reason other than that you were fired, but list other references on your CV/resume in case they want recommendations. Another option is to not include the job on your CV/resume at all if you fear a new employer will seek to contact them about you. Even if the worst happens, eventually you will get another job and this one you have now will become increasingly less significant as time goes on.
