Why do single mothers get so much hate?

Most people will say because they’re ran through or something like that, but that’s not really true most of the time (most of the time ran through girls will get rid of the baby) like what if they’re baby daddy died or he’s In jail.

like they could have just put the child for adoption but decided not to, they chose to give that child a mother.
I understand if you don’t want to date a single mother because you don’t wanna bring a child in your life (completely understandable) but to hate on them, Why?

You realise some women are single mum's because the father of their child died or because the father of the child left them.

There are some out there who are single because the father of their child was abusive and would even assault her. Yet you are saying they should have stayed with the child's father. Is she supposed to stay with him knowing he could potentially kill her and leave the kids without a mother because some men out there do kill the mother of their kids when she doesn't leave him.
