To which I would respond with a statement oozing with sarcastic tone: "Hmmmm, I don't know. I really wonder why as well. I mean, it's not like that is the response to something you want and can have, but not at the moment. Let alone towards someone you like. I think we might have to hope scientists figure this out at some point in our lifetime".
It's pretty self-explanatory, you either already love him, miss him like you're suppose, or might be crazy (joking) lol. I mean if you didn't miss, that'd be weird. I think the reason you miss him so much is because you've only dated for three weeks. The very start of a relationship is always the best part. So you're just very eager about being in a relationship him and want to be around him like anyone else would that just started dating.
