a) the truth sets you free. research, understand, when you realize they never loved you, they cheated on you, manipulated you, when you believe it, absorb it truely, it turns you off more and more to the point where you cannot believe you fell in love with them. then you realize you never really loved them. you were coherced into loving them and become addicted and loved the idea of them. not them. realize the truth. then you will become unattatched. then you can focus on moving on. detattach.

Yes I do! Keep telling yourself that he is no good for anyone that way not just yourself. You will never find happiness with a guy like this. If that don't put you off I don't know what will. If he genuinely has narcissism he needs to get better before he can be with anyone! Narcissism is an actual mental illness!
