He likes having me sleep over because he "likes my presence" and he says sleeping together is "comfortable." someone help me with my situation please?

when it comes to labels, feelings, trusting people, etc. he takes is slow. but we've been hooking up and spending a LOT of time together over the past month. i slept over his place two nights in a row and then last night, i offered to go home (we live in apartments across the hall from each other) but he told me to stay because he likes my presence (which he has said once or twice before as well). i told him i didn't want to take up his whole bed and prevent him from sleeping well but he shrugged and said "it's comfortable." i assumed he meant comfortable to share the tiny bed so i was surprised so he said "no it's comfortable in a different way!" and he got kind of awkward and didn't elaborate anymore. he's said (like 2 weeks ago) that he is feeling confused because usually he sleeps with girls and that's it so he's confused about how he feels because that's not how it is with me. I don't know can someone just interpret this for me? or tell me what to do? do i just wait or do i make him talk about feelings (yuck)?
