Long distance relationship but he won't come visit!!! Help?

I met a guy on vacation and we've been in a long distance relationship with a guy and it's been one month. He started telling me he loved after 4 days but he has yet to make any effort to come see me. We are 4 hrs apart and everytime I bring it up he just says he's too busy to find the time.

I feel like if he wanted to see me, no matter the obstacles, he would make it happen. Do you think he's taking me for a spin? Why would he say he moves me and then act like this?

I can relate to what he Says and How he feels and the bottom line is----Procrastinating is the Big problem here. I know All about, am Experiencing it right Now as we speak, and the trouble is, it is Not that we 'Can't come,' it's that we Find 'Excuses' Instead of 'Effort' to Make this dream come true...
Three years ago, a man from Egypt found me on Fb and we had started a whirl wind romance. After many months on Skype and Yahoo, I got to know Him and his lovely family well enough to Feel Comfortable to----Fly off to the magical land of Cairo, where I stayed for 30 days. Things went so well I flew Back over 3 months Later after I had returned to the states, and it was then and there----We tied the knot at the Ministry of Justice.
Since coming home, we have had our fair share of ups and downs in this LDR Marriage, Mostly on My part. He is feeling fit to be 'Tied' that I have not been back over to be with him, and it has caused a lot of strife in our life. Truth is, the Middle East has gotten so much worse since the day I had hopped aboard to fly home, that I have been finding every excuse under the sun to Not come back right now.
He may be this 'busy boy,' granted I am sure, and with work and so on, Whatever his case may be, I feel that '4 hours apart' with someone who Claims that in '4 days he loved you,' Could Make some sort of Future plans even to visit the Girl of his dreams. Compared to Egypt which isn't a stone's throw, 4 hours to me is almost like living next door.
Have a long talk with him and set up some sort of Compromise, Plans once more. Perhaps he is hesitating in coming, wanting to know you more. And it could be a money factor, as well as a time table thing, but whatever it Is, Something has to Give in order to Make this LDR work here.
LDR is one of the hardest ones to endure. It takes a lot of time and effort on Both partner's parts, and if Only One is making the Initiative to move mountains, then it will surely go dead in the water.

its hard to tell but its just a month you should give him some more time he may be busy, and if you really likes him then put trust in your relation and give him some space.

Wow too soon. Take it easy with emails or Skype first. You make it sound like he should drop everything for you but only if he's a millionaire...

He is probably genuine busy but this is entirely irrelevant.
I had a friend be in a similar situation and its not about what he does, its how hurt YOU feel.
If this relationships does nothing but hurt you all the time because you miss him constantly its better to move on.

Girls like you always assume that no obstacle will stop a guy if he likes you.

This isn't a Disney movie. Real world obstacles get in the way all the time.

Dump him if you want, but you're a fool if you think another guy won't react exactly the same way.

actually if he is really in love with you, hed make evry effort to come see you, guys are like that, also you guys could alternate in the visits, but thats just a option. u see if y'all wana make it work, the effort should be on both sides, but if u feel ur the only one holding on.. its time to let go

Maybe he wants to save up some vacation to come and spend time with you. If you think about it back and forth is a whole day worth driving.
