Why does my ex want to talk face to face?

I broke up with my ex months ago due to her depression just getting out of hand and not treating me correctly. I made attempts for awhile to talk to her but she was just always angry and on the defensive. Now, she wants to talk face to face and no text, phone or e-mail. We never had a closure conversation and I told her I didn't need one as I had accepted what happened to us. So why would she want to talk to me now?

Perhaps, being it has been a Month of Mondays, she has gone for some professional help, has gotten on some much needed medication and is this why Now-----She wants to talk to me now.
With knowing and maybe realizing Why the break up transpired, she could very well have gotten her life, her act And her thoughts in order and now is trying to crawl back with her tail between her legs and make amends again.
If it is "face to face" to face down her Facts with you, then it may be a "Conversation closure" She needs in her life to either move on or hope for the best that perhaps you both might start over with a new chapter, on the same page.

Either she wants to persuade you in getting back with her or She doesn't quite know what she wants and would just rehash what happened with you guys.. in hopes to bring her clarity with whatever questions she has.

I think you should let her have that. Answer questions she may have... even if it might cause a slight argument. Just let her have that closure.

I can see that but she's already told me she took me for granted and that I treated her very well during her spell of depression. Do I owe her this after her horrible behavior though?

Well it was very obvious before you asked this question. It really is up to you, do you have any compassion, maybe see it as her way of healing, why does it matter to you if you already made that decision? Maybe you're the one that needs to heal as well if you can become so bitter and hateful towards someone that has a illness.

Maybe she still needs closure. I know it's not really your responsibility to deal with her now cause you broke it off but Be a kind guy and please give her that. I'm sure she will be really thankful.
