Would you wake your spouse up if they slept on the couch to go to bed?

It's just i would hate for him to have neck pain in the morning but still think it's not polite to wake someone up in the middle of their sleep what would you do?

I'd wake them up the first time I saw it, gauging from there reaction to how willing they are to get up or how appreciative they are should let you know for your guy in the future. I for one would prefer to be woken up, but I know others whose spouses let them sleep all night or until they wake up to crawl to bed themselves because they prefer it.

We like to sleep together, we always get each other for bed time. We don't mind being woken up.

it's just he was sick and fell asleep on the couch and i didn't know what to do especially the housekeeper had just arrived and i had to make space, felt insensitive wakin him up tho

Oh yah, being sick is all different. There are times for whatever reason the couch is better when you are sick. Plus, we don't like to spread it to each other so we will sleep separately sometimes. Jeez, I never even thought of that.

Wake them up, and I would hope he would wake me up. If they had trouble sleeping then I'd leave them be, but a bed is more comfortable and better for your back... hopefully. :)
