Being drunk does not legally void consent. I know women would like to believe this but they are mistaken. Women like this is the reason real rapists go free.
Depending on where you live. A drunk person cannot give consent.
In the US, willingly getting drunk does not exempt someone from the ability to give consent. In some fucked up nanny state things might be different.

My understanding is that having been drinking even quite easily does not invalidate consent in Canada or the UK either. I'm not a lawyer but that's my understanding.

Do you know her friend? Are you even sure it is her friend who texted you? Could just be someone trying to fuck with you. You should ignore the text you got and try to contact her directly to just see if she got home alright.
