You need to see immediate attention and she should as well. She shouldn't be okay with you constantly hitting her, AND you most definitely shouldn't be placing your hands on her. Are you crazy? You both need help in my opinion.
How can you stop? Simple. See a counselor if possible. Or restrain yourself and leave her. Possibly get a punching bag and take it out on that.
