Girlfriend is lazy and spoiled?

I have been seeing this girl for a while now, and she just refuses to get a job. She's 20 and has never had a job. We are both full time college students and I work full time. She refuses to even apply for a job. She gets upset when I ask her to apply and thinks I am attacking her. When we go places she never has any money so that's frustrating. Her parents pay for her car and gas and car insurance so she doesn't really have any bills. I feel like I resent her now because I work full time and she doesn't work for anything.

You have good standards and if she won't try meeting them now she never will.

Remember this saying I heard from a dating and life coach. "What you get is what you marry"

She is the way she is, and if you don't like it the only solution is dumping her since you've asked her to try and she won't.

It's 50/50 effort in a successful relationship, but it clearly isn't here.

Well that says it all.. mummy and daddy pay for it so she doesn't have a lotivation to. But just as things are harder for you you can't take it out on her.

Move on. She going to keep behaving like that and it's only going to drive you crazier. At 20 years old, she should at least have a part time job with minimal financial help from mom and dad.

maybe this is an indication of your future with her. if you dont want to pay for her car gas insurance and life then maybe move on
