How To Escape The Brother Zone?

So me and this girl are best friends and she calls me like a brother, and she knows my friend likes her.

Today i asked her so lets say if i were to like you in the future or right now, and i tried to build attraction and all that stuff, i couldn't "escape" but someone like (my friends name) for example could?

And she said its not 100% that you can't escape and he can.

so is there "hope" or is she just feeling sorry?

You guys are 15, and that's young. You are still maturing / still going through some aspects of puberty. You are both still discovering what you are attracted to.
So yes, it is possible for her to want to date you in a few years.
However, if that's the only reason you're sticking around, then you need to be honest about your feelings and stop pretending to be her friend. You need to be okay with the possibility that she might not ever date you. If you only hang out with her because you hope she might date you, then that's not really being a friend, and you need to be honest about that.

If someone is not romantically interested in you there's not really anything you can do about it. Some people are "maybes" but others will always be a solid "no". That normal, everyone is attracted to different things and you can't be attracted to all people.
