Why Would She Text Me At 4AM?

i wake up at 4 am to a text message. It's my girl/friend saying "good night *blushing cute face emoji* ". I ask her the next day and she said "don't judge me ok? I woke up at 4 am checked my phone for the time, and texted you. Why did she text ME and not her Best friends? Or just someone else?

Well, factor in that she was groggy and tired. She saw that perhaps you'd messaged and she never replied, or your name was at the top of the screen and she realised she just never said good night (also remembering, groggy sleepy state, these choices all make 100x more sense!).
It really could be nothing, I agree with WombRaider, just take it as something nice, that she thought of you.

Don't rationalise, there's no point. There could be hundreds of reason why, but the fact is that she texted you. You could have responded with "Oh dear me, I'm flattered... always nice to hear someone thinks about you" with a wink or something.
