Do men like classy and sophisticated women or easy/promiscuous women more?

I think that if I were a male, I would want a classy woman. One who dressed to impress and is very lady-like. As a female, I don't want to be friends with women who curse like a sailor or dress slutty/provacatively, etc. I like to surround myself with classy people who aren't attention seekers. I was wondering if any other females felt this way. Also which type of gal does he prefer?

You can't know what you would want if you were male, because you are female and have totally different desires and priorities than a male.

For most males, sex is Priority #1. If the guy is one of the few that most girls consider to be very attractive, then he will rarely struggle for sex and so he won't consider it a big deal (few are concerned about things that are in abundance for them). And if the guy has a girlfriend or wife and is getting sex regularly, sex isn't such a big deal. But most other guys - the ones not getting sex - will have getting sex as their top priority when it comes to relationships with the opposite sex. Whether she is classy or promiscuous is a relatively minor concern.

Women often don't understand that, because most women can get sex anytime they want it (not necessarily from the person they really want it from - that's a different question), so few women thirst for sex the way most men do.

Men also have a very different role in reproduction than women - men are pollinators, and our job is to "spread our seed" and fertilize eggs - something we can do in just a few minutes. Women carry children, give birth, and then feed and care for them for several years. The time scale of "required involvement" couldn't be more different. That effects how men and women want sex and relationships - women putting a much higher premium on relationships than men when single.

Anyway, both types of women will have men who are attracted to them, but it won't always be the ones they want...

Exactly. I used to be promiscuous in my teenaged years, but have since grown up. Now that I am 21, I like to be more classy. I hate being around vulgar people. It makes me feel uncomfortable. But like I said, I wasn't always like the way I am now. Before, I used to swear all the time because I thought it was "cool" or talk about sex to anyone. Now I am finally growing up and maturing. So I think I am becoming classier. It is something I am striving for.

Being a conservative minded person doesn't guarantee you'll be classy. Class can't be taught or bought and this is why many women argue that men want bad girls, when they themselves are no good because they interpret vanilla as being wife material, she could be a snake.

Guys seek two types of girls - the two you describe. A smart classy sophisticated lady might make for a good mate, depending on how high-maint she is or how hard to please. One of the most cherished traits in a woman is gratitude - is she appreciative and thankful for what she has, what she gets, and what she is. Does she appreciate her man.

OTOH if he's looking for quick sex a promiscuous or slutty crazy type is an easy mark. She's likely to give it up without much effort and zero commitment. Oh well - it's always HER choice.
