A guy I made out with months ago added me on Snapchat and won’t watch my stories. Does he like me or is he playing games?

I had a crush on this guy for a while and we met once through mutual friends and ended up making out at a bar. He told me I was cute and he really liked me even asked for my phone number. He said he’d add me on Snapchat. He texted me that night only “hiya” but my phone died also he was really drunk and I didn’t see it until the morning and he never texted again and I felt like it was too awkward and too late to text him. This was at college and we both graduated and he recently added me on Snapchat out of the blue. He watched my first story and hasn’t watched anymore since then. I really like him for some reason and I don't know why he’s stopped watching my stories. I still watch his but I don't know if I should stop or keep watching to gain his attention. Do you think he still likes me and is just shy or is he playing games with me? Should I add him on Instagram so he knows I’m still interested?

Story watching or not is not "playing games" lol my God. No idea if he likes you, but was attracted enough to makeout and to add you back later. Snapchat is very very low investment. Just how it works. Look at it more like a magazine subscription. There's a daily issue release you could read or not read. Doesn't mean anything.

Adding someone on social media won't tell them you're interested. I've made out with girls at bars, followed them on Instagram, but no wouldn't date them. If you like him, just text him to see what he's up to one weekend. You have his number...
